How to add a staff member to two different franchises
Ubookr has sub-contracting features built into the backend, and several Mortgage Choice franchises use this feature.
The email addresses on each account need to be unique, but there is a simple and great workaround for that (and it works for all sites, not just Ubookr).
For example, if your email address is joe.smith@mortgagechoice.com.au
You could be added to another franchise by using the email joe.smith+smalltown@mortgagechoice.com.au
Emails will be delivered to joe.smith@mortgagechoice.com.au (and typically tagged with Smalltown, and can be filtered in your email program).
That would mean you could log into either franchise depending on the email you use on the login page (it's recommended to set the same password for both).
Once the subcontract is added to the 2nd franchise (with the + email address), you just need to email Ubookr support and ask us to link the calendar from the primary account with the sub-contractor account. This will then show that person bookings from both Ubookr accounts on the Ubookr calendar regardless of which account they have logged into, and include all their other Google events on both as well. Additionally, both sets of Ubookr events will show in Google calendar too.
