Adding a "Book a time" link to emails, texts etc

Just add ?bookNow to your minisite URL. That will automatically pop up the booking form.

Suggested uses are in your email signature, emails to customers etc, blog posts etc.

This is mobile friendly, so you could send it via SMS to customers so they can pick a time.
