How to create work areas
To create extra work areas
Step 1. Go to your Ubookr dashboard
Step 2. In the right menu navigate to Setup > Work Areas
Step 3. Click 'Add a new work area'
Step 4. On the map choose all the postcodes within a region you are willing to travel to ensuring the office postcode is selected. In the case that you only do in office appointments you can just select the postcode the office is in.
You can use the shape tools to outline areas, or just click on each postcode. Clicking the + button will toggle to remove mode to remove selected postcodes.
Step 5. Give the work area a name that indicates the location (customers may see this)
Step 6. Select the staff that work in that area (this can also be done from the staff pages).
Step 6. Save work area
