How to add multiple office addresses to your widget

If you operate from multiple offices you can add the different address for each office and when a customer is making an appointment they can choose at which office they would like to meet. You can also configure which day and hours you are available at each office.

There are several things you'll need to do to set this up correctly, they are: 

  • Add multiple office addresses. See the instructions below.
  • Create a work area for each office that includes the office postcode (and surrounding areas if you also do in home appointments) Learn more
  • Create a new set of personal availability rules for each location. Learn more


Step 1. Go to your Ubookr Dashboard

Step 2. Go to Setup > Company

Step 3. In the 'Basics' tab you'll see a blue + icon. Click this icon to add another office location. Tip: if your office address isn't found you can use the 'Pencil' icon on the right to enter it.

Step 4. Save Changes
